My yoga journey began 2 decades ago. At that time I was experiencing horrible anxiety, panic attacks, and struggled daily with "I'm not good enough" thoughts. From my first yoga class, I intuitively knew that a dedicated yoga practice was what I needed to heal myself. In 2014, I began teaching classes at the Beverly YMCA which has served as my home base for 12 years. In addition to thousands of hours on my mat, I have remained a constant and curious student. I hold cerifications as follows:
200 hour Yoga certification with Kat Whitney
30 hour Restorative certification with Megan Ghirardi
30 hour Yin certification with Willa Worsfold
30 hour Trauma Informed certification with Northshore YMCA
300 hour Advanced Yoga certification ( in process) with AnnaKathryn Carlson

I would describe myself as a teacher for all. I love community based classes and have worked passionately to build a strong and inclusive community of practice. We breathe together, move together, learn together, laugh together, and support each other in the craziness and beauty of life. I welcome all ages and ability levels.
My styles are Vinyasa; strong, creative, deep. I also teach slow flow, restorative, and yin; a mindful combination of movement and stillness.
