Time: Sundays, 9:00-10:00 AM
Location: Garden at 42 Cross Street, Beverly MA

Enjoy a creative, somatic, vinyasa flow surrounded by colorful flowers, songbirds, and mature trees in a quiet pool side setting. Our yoga sequence will change each week, allowing for creative movement and a unique embodied experience. Sun and shade options available. No sign up required. Canceled when raining.

Location: Lynch Park at Woodberry Point. (Behind the Rec House)

This class will follow a consistent, "classic" yoga flow that students can learn and modify with each class week to week.
No sign up required. Bring your own mat & props.

Time: Fridays 9:00 AM

Enjoy a slower paced yoga practice focusing on stretching, longer holds, gentle movement, and a grounding savasana. Ease into your weekend surrounded by nature. No sign up required. Canceled when raining.
